Is RAM already installed here or not, that's a bit confusing: Available memory slots 1 Memory slots max 2 If yes, how much is installed ?

There is no RAM installed. At least the specifications have now been adjusted. Unfortunately, it was only shortly after I ordered it! CH power plug was also missing, too bad!
I also did not have any RAM included. It even lacked a suitable power plug for CH.

Yes, there is one RAM module installed: 4GB DDR3L memory. But it has two slots, so you could add another module:
204-pin DDR3L-1866 SO-DIMM slots (up to 8GB).
