Question about Satechi USB 3.0 hub in Mac design

All USB 3.0 devices are backwards compatible with the usb 2.0 standard (see 1.0)

Yes, I have connected USB devices (hard disks and printers) to it (2.0 and 3.0 standards) without any problem.
