Is it truelly impossible to change the « wallpaper » when used with ios? What does it look like then (forever I guess) when bought in switzerland and used with an IPhone?

My GT2 Pro Sport is working perfectly with my iOs (13 Pro Max)...
Did you download the app Huawei Health? The app is managing the watch!
Once is done then you can also link it with Apple app "Health".
Try also on your watch on normal watch display to press the glass longer, then you can choose the clock layout. 
If not then you have a problem!
