Is it true that the Segway E45E is NOT road legal? All other suppliers (Brack, Micro, etc.) state that this model is road legal. Thanks for the info.

With such e-scooters, only models that are throttled to 20 km/h are allowed on the road. This model here is faster than the required 20 km/h and therefore does not have a road permit. We cannot explain why it is listed as "yes" by other suppliers.
