Is it true that the Segway E45E is NOT road legal? All other suppliers (Brack, Micro, etc.) state that this model is road legal. Thanks for the info.

With such e-scooters, only models that are throttled to 20 km/h are allowed on the road. This model here is faster than the required 20 km/h and therefore does not have a road permit. We cannot explain why it is listed as "yes" by other suppliers.

Hello Glaxus. Question : Is the extra battery removable? For example, less weight for short city trips.

The scooter has 2 batteries. The large block is an auxiliary battery with a range of 25KM. The single battery has a range of 20KM. You can remove the big battery, but then you have an open cable connection. It is better to buy the model that does not have the large battery installed. But of course it won't run without a battery.
