Is it still possible to attach the camera to the tripod when two of the anchors are attached? I already have the capture plate on the tripod thread of the camera, which already has eyelets for the anchors.

I would mount the anchor loops on the belt eyelets provided.

If the anchor loop is attached to the bottom of the tripod screw, you must first remove it before you can screw the tripod back on, both of which do not work for me (Canon EOS R and Canon EOS R5, Canon EOS D7 Mark II). but this may depend on the camera.
