Is it really the case - as noted in the comments - that this monitor is not suitable for Apple MacBooks? I would like to use the monitor with my M1 MacBook Air. Is that possible or not?

The monitor was basically designed for Windows devices. You can also check the reviews at https://www.dell.com/en-us.... According to some feedback, the notebook also seems to work with certain Mac devices, but compatibility cannot be generally guaranteed.
