Is it possible with the Godox-V1 in master/slave mode (Godox as master) to trigger the flash on the second shutter curtain (unfortunately this is not possible with most flash units in M/S mode)?

Yes, this is possible - at least in combination with my Canon R5.
In my opinion, it should also be possible with other brands and models.
