Is it possible to use this footswitch with other transcription software, I have a free version of Express Scribe and need a footswitch like this.

we have been using express scribe with the olympus footswitches for years.

According to the manufacturer, this footswitch is not compatible with the software mentioned. Unfortunately, I cannot find a foot switch with which this software could be controlled.
