Next Level Racing Floor Mat
Question about Floor Mat - 382715
Is it possible to use the mat simply as a slip mat for the pedals (G29)? Does anyone have experience with this? or is it more advisable to get the Next Level Wheel Stand? Thanks for the information
Definitely better to get the Next Level Wheel Stand 2.0, for example.
In my opinion, the carpet is not particularly suitable for...
It is better to place the pedals against a wall. They don't hold on carpet or other floors during jerky braking. This is not a special carpet either. Nothing beats a good race seat. If you ride a lot, it's worth the investment.
I think the Next Level Racing Floor Mat is not suitable as a sliding mat. It is rather meant to place a rig (like the GT Track) on it (it is easy to move back and forth without the wheels). The surface is not really non-slip, you can compare it to any normal carpet. Of course, the G29 slides less than on a smooth surface.
In general, I would recommend a better fixation of the pedals at this point,
