Yes you can. The port is an iSmart port with an output of up to 2.4A. iSmart recognises how many amps your device should be charged with and throttles the power accordingly.
You can find out more about the iSmart technology directly on the manufacturer's website:

I think the site is great. Good explanation and nicely done.
With an "older" iPhone, it doesn't matter whether you use the green (QuickCharge) or the black (iSmart) port. Both can deliver the 2.4A required by the iPhone at 5V. For the iPhone 8 or X, I would recommend the green port, as these iPhones now also support QuickCharge. The advantage is that higher voltages are permitted with QuickCharge and thus higher charging power can be achieved. This also enables
faster charging than with iSmart."High capacity & fast recharge: 20100 mAh charges an iPhone 6 up to almost 8 times, a Galaxy S6 almost 5 times or an iPad Air more than once. Full charge takes just 4.5 hours with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 USB charger.5V / 2A input means it still charges faster than normal USB chargers even without Qualcomm compatibility."
It makes sense that you can also charge your mobile phone with a powerbank...
