Helpful answer
The main mouse wheel of the Logitech MX Master 4 cannot be tilted to the left or right. However, horizontal scrolling and lateral functions are possible via the separate thumbwheel. In addition, the Logitech software Logi Options+ can be used to customise the buttons and thumbwheel, for example for copying, pasting or other shortcuts.
