Is it possible to run 2 of these sets without interference to increase the total to 4 microphones?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. The two radio frequencies used are fixed to ISM2 (864.375 MHz) and ISM3 (864.850 MHz). Operating the same thing again therefore interferes with each other.
