Question about Delock SATA Power Power Adapter
Is it possible to reverse this cable? My power supply does not have a Molex connector but Sata, so can I also reverse it so that I have a Molex connector?

You don't have to turn it around. The way you describe it, the connections are already correct, from SATA to Molex. Take a look at the pictures and then at your SATA connection.
Turning it around is always possible, but it doesn't do much good. The connections would then be the wrong way round (m/f). But this cable is already SATA -> Molex from the connections.....
