is it possible to program the lighting? if so, also with rgbfusion 2.0 from aorus. if not with rgb fusion 2.0 what software then?

Yes, you can program the ventilation with NZXT's own software. There are also some very cool features. I don't know if it works with rgbfusion, but it might be possible depending on the mainboard.
