Is it possible to power this monitor via a USB-C power bank? I plan to operate the monitor via USB-C with a power bank, while the image signal comes via my laptop (which itself runs on battery power). Will this work reliably - i.e. powering the monitor purely via USB-C, without a separate power supply? Does anyone have any experience with this?

The monitor can be supplied with power via the USB-C port and supports Power Delivery up to 65 watts. Theoretically, it is therefore possible to operate it with a USB-C power bank, provided it supplies sufficient power (up to 65 W). The image signal can come separately from the laptop, which runs on battery power.
However, it should be noted that the monitor normally uses a separate power supply and the Power Delivery function is primarily used to charge connected devices such as laptops. Experience reports indicate that the 65 watt power delivery from the monitor does not always work stably. Whether a power bank is reliable enough depends on its output power and stability.
To summarise: Power delivery purely via USB-C from a power bank is technically possible, but reliability can vary and is not guaranteed. A separate power supply is recommended for stable use.
