Is it possible to install an E-ATX mainboard in this enclosure without any problems and without having to make any compromises in terms of the number of radiators and fans that can be mounted?
Or is it possible that the mainboard will block the radiators on the upper part of the case?

I am currently building an extreme gaming PC (way too expensive but the main thing is to assemble a dream PC for once).
I am aiming for MAXIMUM performance for gaming. Accordingly, I also want to clutter up the entire surface with radiators and fans.

I use an ATX board and have a water block mounted for the CPU and they work out great, there is also more than enough extra space on the right and at the top it is not affected by the motherboard, as far as I know the E-ATX is the same height and more on the width.
So I would guess you shouldn't have any problems with the radiator mounting on the top and front.
Here is a picture of my setup (ATX board + 480 radiator on top) and as you can see, you still have a lot of room to manoeuvre :)
