Yes, I just tested it to be sure. The sound is transmitted via all outputs (HDMI, jack & optical) at the same time.

However, it needs a USB power supply and sometimes you have to reboot it...
Maybe it's because I use it with this "HDMI Matrix" [Lindy Matrix HDMI 4K UHD 4x4](https://www.digitec.ch/fr/s1/product/lindy-matrice-hdmi-4k-uhd-4x4-switch-boxes-9599911) and a projector. But I have to reboot it before each use (1-2 times a week).
