Downgrading to Windows 7 should be quite possible, as long as you can find appropriate drivers for all the individual components (should normally not be a problem). There may not be any drivers available from HP itself. Unfortunately, I cannot say whether the Windows 10 licence also entitles you to downgrade to Windows 7 Pro. Please contact the manufacturer directly.
