Is it possible to connect the keyboard and mouse to the USB A ports and then connect the screen to the laptop via USB C? Does the keyboard and mouse work properly?

Yes, it works perfectly for me. I have connected a Bluetooth receiver for the keyboard and a webcam to the USB A ports on the screen.

The laptop connects via USB-C and also charges. You can connect a keyboard and a mouse to the USB ports of the monitor. Great product, I am satisfied
