Is it possible to charge 2 devices at the same time with this powerbank with such a hub (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/lindy-usb-20-notebook-hub-4ports-usb-hub-256714)?

This should work, try it out, but I suspect that the charging time will be longer.
