Is it possible to change the cushions of the ear cups?
Yes, it is possible to change the ear pads. On the Sennheiser homepage you can find the ear pads (article no. HZP 41) for 35 euros.
You can do that with the Sennheiser PC360, so I think it should be possible here too.
