Is it possible that this joystick is compatible with a Macbook (2011/el Capitan)?

Theoretically, it should work, but it will be impossible to use the software that comes with it, which allows you to modify various functionalities. However, this is optional and will not be used by most professional users of this stick.

Haven't tried it -- the joystick has a USB port, so chances are it will work.
