Is it possible that the Apple Watch 7 is not compatible? Unfortunately, the Apple Watch does not respond to the Charger.

That's right. It doesn't work for me either.
Does the Apple Watch also make strange noises when it is fully charged.
As soon as the watch is 100% charged, it goes from 10 minutes to an hour and then it starts to beep (like when you put the watch on to charge it) and the display goes on.
At night it can be very annoying that this happens again and again.
Unfortunately, I had this experience with another manufacturer. I don't want to buy a product that doesn't work again.
I think I have found a good solution to my problem. I am now using a power supply with an output power of 18 watts Turbo Charger. An update on the Apple Watch may also have helped. Now everything works wonderfully.
