Is it only 220V or I can use for 110V places also?

I checked the power supply inside the lamp, Input from 100 Volt to 240 Volt (50-60 Hz), so, YES IT IS. (picture available, wrote your email address if needed).
It tooks 60 seconds to give you the correct answer.
