Question about Baseus Xiaobai Series

Hi, I purchased this power bank a few months ago, and mine doesn't switch off. It keeps charging the device but switches off only its display.
Can you check if you are still charging the device connected to the power bank? Or keep charging and switching off the power bank display? Another tip is to check the quality and condition of the cable that you are using connected to the device that you are charging. I hope it helps! Good Luck!
