Is it currently worth switching from a GTX 1070 Dual to an RTX 2070? What do you think, how big is the difference or is it worth spending 700.- for it? Thanks for the answers!

An RTX 2070 has a 34% speed advantage:

In my opinion, it's not worth it unless you have too much money. Skip this generation of graphics cards and wait for the next one.

With an RTX 2080 Ti you have a 100% speed advantage:

The price is steep but it would be worth it.

no. also my advice. does not make much of an advantage. prices are too high for the little that "would" be faster then.
