Question about Rollei C5i

Is it correct that the supplied ball head can be locked in such a way that it can only be swivelled in the longitudinal axis, i.e. to the left and right, while the other axes cannot be adjusted? I saw an article on the Internet that said this was only possible with the carbon version. However, based on the specifications given here, I assume that the aluminium version comes with the same tripod head as the carbon version. Thank you in advance for any advice.
