Question about i-tec Thunderbolt 3 Dual Dock

Yes, the docking station supports 144 Hz up to 1440p.
Regarding the game - here it depends on the laptop. On many laptops, only the Intel GPU can communicate with external monitors, and nVidia / AMD GPUs can only communicate with an internal monitor. So it depends, but if you currently have an external monitor connected to your laptop and can play without any problems, you shouldn't have any problems with the docking station either.
In terms of communication between laptop / GPU and monitor - this docking station only connects them, does not change or affect their communication.

So it depends, but if you do have currently connected an external monitor to your laptop and you can game without any problem - you should not have any problems with the docking station either.
Regarding the communication between laptop/GPU and monitor - this docking station just connects them, it does not modify or anyhow interfere with their communication.
