Is it already known whether the silicone attachments of the 2nd generation are also compatible with the 1st generation?
Yes, they are compatible. However, I don't use the original silicone attachments. I have tried all three sizes, they don't hold so well. I am a craftsman and listen to audio books all the time. For me, the memory foam attachments have proven their worth.
