Is it a "real" CH layout? Not like my Corsair keyboard, for example, where everything is reversed with Shift... i.e. on the keyboard caps...?

It is the CH layout, but the shift characters (characters on keyobard caps) are also reversed, just like on your Corsair keyboard.
