Question about Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic

I can confirm quality problems. I have been using the mouse and the mouse/keyboard set practically every day in my home office and the mouse in the office since 2018. So far, no mouse/set has lasted longer than 25 months. With the mouse, the mouse button usually broke and the keyboard started to "bitch". Annoying, but I still keep buying the same product because I'm generally very happy with it and just see it as a "consumable" or a kind of "workwear" that is also changed regularly ;)

Hello , I also bought this set about 3 years ago. However, I only use it occasionally. What I have noticed is that if you move the control unit too far away from the transmitter, it no longer works properly. That is the only negative thing I have noticed. In your case, if Microsoft is not so customer-friendly, I would change to another product. There are enough alternatives.

I have bought four of these sets and never had a problem with them. One has been in use for three years now.
