Is anyone else having a problem applying for the headphones? I keep getting the error 403 - Forbidden when I try to submit/save the application.

Helpful answer

I had problems when I wanted to upload the photo of the IMEI number as a jpeg file... then I converted it to a pdf and it worked without any problems.
try it when all files are in pdf format and look at the file names, not that there is more than 1 dot "." before the ".pdf"... then it should actually work...
