Question about Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM

Thank you for the answer, but it doesn't seem to be due to the manufacturer (Canon) but rather to the price range. The L lenses come with a Geli.

There is no lens hood included (as usual with Canon). The following lens hood fits: Canon ES-68 lens hood
