Is a fastening screw included in the scope of delivery? I stupidly misplaced mine from the mainboard somewhere.

Pretty sure not.
I have never used this SSD, but I have never received screws with various other SSDs or M.2 modules.

Here is a screw set:
Delock fastening set 31 pieces for M.2 SSD / module

Or you can get M2x2.5mm screws somewhere.
