Is a cable connection via USB-C possible so that the USB-C connection also transmits images and the laptop is supplied with power? And is it possible to set up two virtual desktops on the screen?

Yes, cable coupling via USB-C is possible, as the monitor offers a USB-C connection with DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery (up to 90 W) - so you can realise image and power supply for your laptop via a single cable.
There is no native function for two virtual desktops on the screen, but you can use the MultiView function (PIP/PBP) to display two devices simultaneously and thus use two desktops side by side.
