Personally I would go for an RTX 2060 or if you have a 4K screen I would even go for the Super so you have the 8GB memory (The MSI RTX 2060 Super Gaming is on discount right now).
As for the memory, I wonder if 16Gb is enough for you, for gaming 16Gb is always enough. You could take these (Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x, 8GB, DDR4-3000, DIMM 288)).
I would recommend a motherboard with a Z390 socket. This allows overclocking of the CPU and also has other advantages. Here is an article on this topic. I could recommend you this motherboard.

You also don't have any memory yet. I can only recommend that you buy an SSD.
