Inissia Krups: Unfortunately, I forgot to put the water tank on the back of the machine before making coffee and now the machine has probably drawn air and no longer works.

We would be very grateful if anyone could advise us on how to get the machine running again, or how to get the air out.

Fill the water tank and leave it overnight. Then switch on and off again several times without the cartridge. The pump should prime itself.

Fill the tank and let the coffee out. It worked for me.
