In whatsap calls or voice messages, the microphone of the headphones is not recognised; the normal mobile phone microphone is always used instead. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? With other calls on the mobile phone or PC, the microphone works fine.

See if you can change the default mic in Whatsapp or in the mobile settings. I had a similar problem in Teams and I was able to change it there.
