In the specifications it says "Integrated answering machine", further up it says "In addition, numerous convenience functions are available to you: an internal answering machine on the router". What does this mean? Does the phone have a built-in (integrated) answering machine or can I only access a router-based answering machine with the phone - and is therefore not (properly) integrated?
According to the operating instructions, there are three possibilities:
- Answering machine from the network operator (e.g. swisscom: Combox)
- "Local answering machine on a CAT-iq router" -> Follow the router operating instructions
- "Local answering machine on a Gigaset base": Can be purchased separately "Gigaset Box 200A" (digitec 33.60 Fr.)
Search digitec for "Gigaset 660". Then you will find two variants with base, among others
