Hoi, both posts here already contain the answer: yes in any case, you always need paste when two surfaces come together and heat has to be transported from one to the other. If paste has already been applied, then you don't need to apply any more, it's already on there. Then there's the quality of the paste vs. the CPU model, but you're well served with the Arctic Silver 5, which is needed for every purpose (including GPUs). No problemo. The important thing is to always apply it CLEANLY and THINLY, that makes all the difference. Happy new 2022!

Hoi - according to some sites on the net, the 360 would already have a paste applied - so you can probably remove that and use this Artic Silver.... LG
