In the description of Digitec it says that the Ryzen 7 2700X belongs to the 2nd gen, on the AMD website it is shown under the Ryzen 7 2700X that the "AMD Wraith Prism" cooler with RGB is included - but if you look at the cooler specs it says on the AMD website that this cooler is included with all Ryzen 7 of the 3rd gen. So is this item 2nd or 3rd gen? Does it come with the "AMD Wraith Prism" cooler or another one?

The 2700x is second gen, i.e. Zen+ (not to be confused with Zen 2, which is the architecture of the 3000 or third gen).

The 2700x comes with Prism, you can also check it here: https://www.amd.com/de...
With the 2700 it is only the Spire, in my opinion too little for Zen+ on 8 cores. The Prism is better, but with PBO switched on, it is also at the limit, because Zen+ produces significantly more heat than Zen 2. If you really buy a 2700(x), I would recommend an aftermarket cooler.
