In our company we have these phones. Regularly some phones lose the connection and have to be reset so that they can find the connection again. Does anyone else have these problems?
We don't have a system ourselves but use the cloud solution from SIPCall. There is a FW in between
Sounds like an incorrect timeout (machine and system are not the same). Is the system outside (cloud) or internal in the network? On which system is it operated? Is there a firewall in between?
