Question about Sage the Barista Express

We have 3 of these units, for years, here is the experience:

1) If something is wrong, call the customer service. They are super-helpful and decide competently what needs to be done.
2) The seals break when the coffee is so pressed that nothing comes out of the portafilter. In this case, stop immediately, loosen the portaf slightly (turn it a little to the left) and then fill it with water again.

PS: The machine takes some getting used to - but it is robust and definitely makes great coffee.
