In one room I plan to install 15 of the GU10 bulbs. All of them should be synchronised. Always all the same settings and always all on/off at the same time. Can I do this with the Hue dimmer? Somewhere it says you can only control 10?! Can I define my 15 bulbs as a group so that this only pays as 1 "lamp"? Or can I only control the 15 bulbs from the app? Thanks

Yes, in the Hue app you can create different lamp groups. They are then like a lamp. For this, you need the Hue bridge - then everything can also be switched on and off, dimmed etc. via voice services.
