The dongle was included with mine. The dongle is inserted in a recess at the front where you open the cardboard box, including a relatively large sticker stating that this is the USB dongle.

In principle, a dongle is included with every Logitech device. Of course, this keyboard comes with one too. 
In any case, I would contact Digitec.
