Question about JLab Audio Go Air Pop
in my case, the case does not close when the handsets are in. it does not show the red light when the case is loaded, but only blue. does anyone know the problem?

I'm just going to ask a stupid question: Have you plugged the headphones in the right way round (left to left and right to right)? You can also plug them in the wrong way round, but then you can't close the case and they won't charge.
oh my...I managed to put the handset in the wrong way round 12 times in a row!
