I'm using the Dell UltaSharp with a MacBook Pro 15 inch 2017 and the text is super blurry. Previously had a Dell P2715Q 27" where everything was razor sharp. I have tried all sorts of settings and so far nothing has helped. :( Does anyone have a tip for me? Thank you very much,

You have to take into account that it's not really a high-resolution monitor....
The resolution is more like a TV than an iMac 5K.

Workaround: Do not use the maximum resolution (of 3840x1600), but switch to a "scaled" one in the system settings. With scaled (e.g. 3200x1333) macOS uses an "internal resolution" of 6400x2666 and scales this down to 3840x1600. This makes the texts much sharper than at 3840x1600 (where no scaling is used).

The display is sharpest at 1920x800 which looks extremely large at 38"... so you have to live with a compromise and choose a resolution between 2560x1067 and 3360x1400.

Is it only the text or also graphics? Do you have an example? I have almost the same setup (MBP 15'' 2018) and image/text are great.
Can't remember 100%, but I think I still had to adjust the font smoothing under MacOs.
