I'm thinking a bit back and forth. I bought a Samsung TV and actually wanted to buy a soundbar incl. subwoofer from the Q series, as this plays together with the TV speaker. But now I'm looking at the Sonos Beam, which I could use with the TV for movies/gaming or just for listening to music with my Sonos One's together. What would you do?

Hi
I would also prefer the Beam. I use it with a 65" Sony Oled in a 25m2 room. For gaming and watching movies it sounds very good. I am very satisfied. If you need more, then you can make a lot of noise with the Sub (or you can use the Arc).

I recently bought a Sonos Beam for my Samsung TV (Curved TV Mobel UE55KS7580), as I already have a Sonos One in use. The Sonos Beam and also the connection with the other box and control via app is great, only the connection to my Samsung TV did not work so smoothly. Unfortunately, the connection with the Samsung Connect Box via the HDMI Arc connection does not work, i.e. my Samsung TV overrides the Sonos box and automatically reduces the volume. Neither Samsung nor Sonos could solve the problem. I have now set up the Sonos Beam via the Optical Out Adapter with the Samsung Connect Box, which works quite well.
To cut a long story short, I think the Sonos Beam is great and I'm using it. The only downer was the initial connection problem with the Samsung TV. Maybe it's only a problem with older TVs (mine is about 5 years old), but I don't know.
