I'm moving into a co-working space with my team and we only work with MacBooks and mobile phones. It's sometimes very loud and I'm looking for a headset in which the headphones suppress the noise from outside and the microphone only has to transmit my voice to the other person. I am a little worried that this will work without a microphone fork (directly in front of the mouth).

You are right to have reservations. I think the headphones are first class! But unfortunately not the microphone... If you can do without noise cancelling and Bluetooth, my recommendation would be Beyerdynamics (mmx300 or custom game). Otherwise, I can't give you a tip right now.
